Golf Course Karlstejn (or Karlstein)

Karlstejn Castle and its surrounding picturesque Golf Course is the most popular attraction in the Czech Republic after Prague itself and when you visit it you will see why. The championship golf course has fine views of this medieval castle which sits on a hill surrounded by forests.

The wooded hilly landscape, with limestone outcrops and rich flora and fauna, is an oasis of peace and quiet, and yet is only a few minutes drive from central Prague. The broken terrain, natural gorges, two lakes and many sand traps create a very pleasant environment that will satisfy even the most demanding of players.
The architects designed the course as “easy bogey but difficult birdie”, with the result that players with very different handicaps can play the course.
